My hubby asked me what I wanted for Mother's Day ( he is a horrible shopper ever since we have been together other then Christmas one year I have picked out all my own presents) what are good Mother's Day ideas thinking about a prenatal massage or a pedicure

A vacation! I think both of those are a good idea. And since you are in the 2nd trimester you are actually allowed to get a prenatal massage now. Totally worth it!

Are they dangerous I didn't know you couldn't get them sometimes and I don't think we should spend to much money lol @kenitra

No massages in 1st trimester only. Even if you went and said you are pregnant, salons will literally not touch a woman in the 1st trimester of pregnancy. I found out the hard way! 😂 My OB said its not that big of a deal but the salons won't take the risk.

@kenitra, I looked up a place near me online and they said I have to have clearance from my doctor and my doctor said no cause I had a previous pre term labor 😔😔😔 I will stick to my pedicure and husbands massages

Oh yeah. It's can trigger pre term labor. @carsonsmomma. A great alternative is to buy an awesome heating pad and some essential oils so you feel like it's a spa!

Hahah yeah do you know any good oils for it? I've never gotten into the oils but I'm interested and would love to have relaxing ones around my home @kenitra

I am by no means an expert but I will do anything to relax and get some sleep these days! I bought some lemon sugar scrub for the bath last night and then put coconut oil on after. Also bought a new memory foam pillow with cooling gel. I think it did help a little! Just buy whatever looks and smells good at the store.
