i think im having contraction idk. do contractions usually last aroubd 10 mins long? not the time apart they are but the actual contraction itself

oh thats weird, ive been having menstual like cramps all day. they last about 10 mins then stop and start every 30mins. could there be something wrong

Braxton hicks may last 2 mins tops. but if you drink water or try to change your position or maybe even eat they'll subside. :) @angel268
