What do you ladies recommend for sciatic nerve pain.The pain is in my lower hip (almost butt cheek) region on the right side, it's very sharp and painful and goes down my leg.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
5dpo Where's my buddies? I've been kinda achy in my pelvis and back today. Also the occasional sharp pain in my groin that feels like round ligament pain. Anyone else feeling anything?
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

I've heard of acupuncture but I never tried it for my sciatica I'm just dealing with the pain this whole pregnancy

I've always used heat and it helps relieve the crippling pain... But the best thing for it is the chiropractor. I started my pregnancy out with horrible sciatica and got adjusted when I was around 12 weeks and I haven't had any problems since... Now my upper back and neck are a different story😂
