My cousin invited me and my husband to go with her and her husband to Knotts berry farm, and my husband hasn't been there so he's really excited about it. My cousin told me we need to go out just for a day, find a good babysitter and have fun, that we deserve it, this will be the first time since he was born that we go out. but I just feel like people is gonna see me as the worst mom ever, even I feel like the worst mom just by thinking about going!!!😔 I have someone to take care of him, and I know he will be in good hands, but Ahh I just don't know. Is it normal to feel like this, or I'm I really doing wrong by going?? 😪😪🙁🙁

It's normal to feel this way but recognize that it's okay to feel that way and that it doesn't make you a bad mom. It's only for the day. You both deserve to have a good time. And you'll be back with your baby in no time! I cried my first time away from my baby. It gets easier babe.

thank you mommies, @mommy_faith @haileybuttons I've been having so many thoughts, even my husband told me, it's not like we're gonna do this every weekend, it's just one day, that's why we should not worry and have fun, God knows when we'll have this opportunity again!!

Exactly so take advantage of it! I've only left my baby for about 2 hours max maybe twice lol and both times it was for a doctors apt and the grocery store and I still felt bad lol totally normal.

lol I've left him for like about an hour, with my sister-in-law, if it was with her this time I don't think I would worry that much, but I guess I'm stressing out more about leaving him with my husband's aunt, she has never taken care of him, and it's not like she doesn't have experience, she has 5 kids.. so it's not that, It's just that my sister-in-law lives with us so she knows him way better than anyone else honestly, she knows how my son can be a little too much sometimes Lol, but I guess that's just how kids are right? @mommy_faith

Yeah and I'm sure that out of five kids at least one of them had to be a handful Lol are any of her kids young?

she has a 2 year old, a 6year old, 8, 11, and the oldest one is 13, and the 3 middle kids are girls and they love being around my baby, they're always asking their mom if they can stay over at my house cuz they want to play with the baby, so yeah I know they'll help out a lot @mommy_faith
