I have it in BOTH my hands. I hate it! I constantly wake up with my hands asleep and tingling. Ugh it sucks so much

I have it on my left hand too its a pain in the butt specially cuz i do alot of typing and paperwork at my Job. I will try elevating them with pillows tonight. When it tends to get worse @shayleighnikole @babes87101116

I've heard icing them and keeping them elevated when you're able to eases the pain ...
