I'm sick of people telling me "let that baby cry" like shut your whore mouth, he's my child.

tell me about it. sometimes the husband says he'll be ok. it's a no. did you know babies feel more secure when you respond to their cries? they know mommy is gonna be there. and if they aren't or for some reason , if the baby cries, and cries he can go into distress. c'mon now. common sense.

that's how they learn trust and security is by crying and mama comes! I've done a lot of classes on child development in college and looked at a lot of studies. I mean ya baby will cry for no reason sometimes but I never just let my kids cry like that smh idk to each their own I guess...

My aunt tells me that all the time. The only time my daughter has ever cried uncontrollably is a couple times in the car when I couldn't pull over or nothing I would do would calm her.

My mom tells me to "let her cry it out" uh NO! If she's hurt or something I'm gonna comfort my baby which will calm her a lot faster then letting her sit there and cry it out.

everyone told me this when lucia was a newborn. Cause I was "gonna end up spoiling her". Like holy shit.

I believe in CIO method, but not until they're older. Your baby is way too young. And too young to even know what spoiling even is.

I never let a baby cry it out, they're babies, they cry when they have a need, how else are they going to tell you??
