I'm waiting to hear back from Medicaid because most places I've called won't see me until I have insurance or pay $1,000 for the first visit upfront 😖@leahh

I know how the wait with Medicaid is :( I'm high risk and I didn't get to go to an ob until I was about 16 weeks.

I didn't get that 😟 stupid Texas lol well someone Medicaid workers are really lazy and don't wanna help you out :/ that's how the lady was when I applied. If I don't hear from them this week I'll go to the office Friday and see about getting a temporary card or at least I've been told they do that & ive been taking it easy :) I had some complications early on from losing a twin sac but this baby looks "favorable" and "healthy" so I'm trying my best to be positive and pray thru this :) thank you ☺️@leahh

the chances of these horrible things happening are still low. this app is so broad. I've also noticed a lot of members are silent. they do not post often. I think a lot of posts are from women who need prayers.

It's just so frustrating >.< like everyone talks about how important prenatal care is but then Medicaid takes forever to get back to you. Like, what am I supposed to do? Keep wracking up er bills because I want to make sure my baby is okay and they're the only ones who won't turn me down? 🤔🙄😒 @mommytobe56

@canaryv, yeah I understand ☹ just try not to stress, make sure you take your prenatal vitamins, and eat lots of protein. Everything will work out in the end even though it's stressful right now. :)

I know :/ just scary being pregnant after a miscarriage no matter how many times I've been told baby is good by professionals. I don't know if I'll believe it until an OB tells me lol@showersoverflowers

I'm pretty sure I'm going to be just fine :) I "declared" I'd have a baby this year not knowing the when but trusting that God would bless us and was super surprised when I saw the positive test since I didn't think I was pregnant. But anyways, I really do believe we can "speak life" into things and I really do believe I will give birth to a healthy baby this November. On this app I rarely see any folks announcing that they suffered a loss or a miscarriage! Even when I was pregnant it was very low compared to the other baby apps I was on! I just say don't stress and don't have a negative mind! Healthy diet is the key!

You are far enough along for the risk to be super low. I had 5 early losses before this pregnancy so I was kinda scared when I got my ultrasound. Baby is perfectly healthy though. Meditation and yoga help me relax mb it can help you too?

find an OB asap. they need to track ur progress & can help answer any questions you may have. everytime I go to my OB for an ultrasound, I am worried about not finding the heartbeat. that's the first thing I ask about. "is the heartbeat there". I didn't kno about missed miscarriages until I started googling early in my pregnancy. don't worry girl, everything will be alright. just eat good, take ur prenatals & go for walks & that's the best u can do, everything else is out of ur control. give it to God. cast all your cares upon him!!

I can't get an OB until Medicaid approves me. At least not in my area, I've called many different clinics and either need insurance first or pay $1000 upfront for the first appointment so it's really just a waiting game. I'm sure your baby is fine girl. try not to worry. I kno it's easier said than done. as you get further along you will have more peace. did u ever get a heart Doppler?

it's really low right now. put it close to ur pubic bone. give it a few more weeks & you will be able to find it!!

lol yeah!! I didn't ever buy one! my hubby thought it would just keep me worried if I couldn't find the heartbeat, so I listened & I'm glad I did. knowing me, I would have went to the hospital after each time I wasn't able to detect it. lol

Completely understandable. I think if you ask any pregnant woman no matter what gestation they're at we all worry. I'm almost 36 weeks and worry about a stillborn even though it's highly unlikely but my mind gets the best of me sometimes. It was harder in the beginning. It'll all be ok try not to stress.

@canaryv, try watching you tube videos on how to do it i had to keep doing it for about 30 minutes each time I finally slowly moved it and found it i n the same area almost every time after that sometimes he was facing towards the back and i couldn't find it but now it's easier. once u find the heart beat u will be relieved each time u wanna check in on baby.

@canaryv, me too i was so confused but I figured it out and also what ever it says the heart rate is on the monitor it's not right ever lol if u want the accurate bpm count the heat beat for 10 seconds then multiply it by 6 and then u have ur heart rate for baby hope u find it soon !
