ok moms idk what's going on I have been sick for about a week not horrible but sore throat a little cough and no congestion but phlegm only in the morning and now when I blow my nose out of my right nostril blood comes out but it's not like a bloody nose idk what's going on or if I should tell my dr

i would definitely ask your dr just to be safe.
i had the same kinda stuff going on but i did have severe congestion by the time i actually got in and it turned out that what i thought was just a cold was a sinus infection and had also started to become bronchitis due to my lil man being on my lungs and preventing proper air exhalation. luckily though i caught it in time that a i didny need antibiotics for too long and it didnt turn into pneumonia.
but to be safe, i would most definitely give it some attention even if its nothing.
