I saw you were asking how far along you would be.. These tests calculate how far from actual implantation you are, your doctor will go from your last missed period so if it says 3+ your doctor will say 5 weeks at least so if that was a week ago you're over 6 weeks. If you still have the box to that test it tells you how to read the test. Hope this helps!
