So this morning Connor had a doctors appointment, but first I had to stop at the gas station. I noticed there was a guy about a year or two older than me on the other side. I got out of the car and rolled down the windows and he was staring at me. I got Connor out of the car and ran inside to pay for gas then put him back in the car so I could pump my gas. I could tell this guy was still staring. Then he said "you know I actually have the same car seat for my son!" He then said "you know honestly, I thought you were going to leave him in the car." I told him god no I would never do that. He then said "I can tell you're an amazing mom because of the fact you take your heavy child out of the car bring him inside just to pay for gas then come back out. Those kind of moms I appreciate so much." Coming from a stranger, those words made my day. He didn't know I woke up feeling like crap, my anxiety through the roof because I had a full day ahead of me. I felt ugly because my face is breaking out because I'm stressed out. But that little talk with him gave me that extra push I needed today. 😊
