Bottle warmer if you will be pumping, TONS of bibs!!!!! Never have too many bibs! Plenty of socks and plenty of mittens for when they are little, lots of receiving blankets( they will double for burp/spit up cloths and for sleeping) we also had a few different baby blankets which came in handy for him to lay on when he napped or to use on top of him.

Anti gas medicine for the baby, seriously the biggest life saver for us when our first was born. I guess what ever I was eating wasn't making his belly feel good and the medicine did wonders for him
