As a trained professional, i can recommended if you would like a drink...it is best to do so right after nursing the baby. Otherwisex the general rule is if you haven't had enough to feel buzzed, the milk is safe. 1 beer or 1 glass of wine is fine mama. I would not say the same for hard alcohol

Im breastfeeding my 5 month old baby and I have a glass of red wine from time to time. One glass is ok or one beer or drink. definitely talk to your pediatrician if you are concerned. Us moms need a break from time to time. Have one mama!

you can have one... rule of thumb is 1 glass of wine or mixed drink or 2 beers= Safe to bf after 2 hours. So feed baby then have one by the time baby is ready you'll be fine.

that actually sounds good! I don't like beer as much as wine but Corona and I think it was bud light that was my first and they weren't bad. my dad's favorites were Corona and Miller genuine draft or MGD or whatever lol and that one smelled good but I've never had it @babes87101116
