Yes i am from Texas8 but i thought it had to do with the employee not the state guess i was wrong. I also heard that in 2018 it will go to 80 percent.

@chela915, ahh! My work paid for 55% of maternity leave, and the the state of California paid me 6 weeks of "family leave bonding". So, I was out for 12. I think it just depends on your work as well as the city.

I've been at my company 10 years as an accounting manager and I get 8 weeks unpaid 😭😭😭

Washington State has NO paid leave. I have to take FMLA leave which is UNPAID.
