sucks to deal with my 3 week old crying when she pushes .. and not knowing how to communicate or help her .. hopefully at the docs tomorrow we can find a solution 💔

Also try moving her little legs like she is riding a bike so like up and down. I use to do that to help my sons when they were ever constipated
