What can i have to curve the hunger pains before my glucose test? I always get them in the morning…

I ate breakfast prior to taking the hour test and passed, my appointment was at 3pm ate at 9am. Unless your doctor advises you not to eat before I don't see why you couldn't have a snack.

She said as long as it doesn't have too much sugar and so I'm just trying to think of what would okay.

Depending on what time your appointment is it shouldn't be to hard to wait to eat. My doctor asked me what flavors I wanted and I chose orange over lemon lime, which was not bad at all. I had to drink it within a five minute period of time, wait an hour then they drew blood and took a urine sample from me.

I did mine early in the morning. my doctor told me not to eat anything or don't take my prenatal after 12 (I stopped at 11 because I'm paranoid person) they just gave me a drink and I waited an hour and then they took my blood and I left and went to whataburger 😂

I ate an apple & crackers before my glucose test, also drank lots of water. I passed with a 122, and I think 140 or above is failing.

What about canned fruit? @milf. @kingdamari

it's fine drain the juice if its not 100%
