If your doctor gave you the ok to self induce, I would wonder why he/she didn't make safe recommendations to you.

Bounce, walk, sex, nipple stimulation, Primrose oil

No medical issues. I just asked her if it was okay to try to kickstart labor and she gave me the OK

basically anywhere they are capsules also I believe some type of tea

just don't try castor oil

i haven't tried them yet, those are just safe examples my OB gave me for when he strips my membranes in 8 weeks
