so ive been feeling little twinges in my left side around the area where the doctor found the heart best for a second. could this be the baby or is it too early? it's not really fluttering or flicking or like bubbles, and it's not gas. it's like a cross between twinges and extremely light little cramps that only last for seconds at a time, but it hasn't stopped for the past couple hours.
