I'm in the Army as well as my husband and have never had problems with them helping out with family stuff (and my son isn't even here yet). they made sure I've gotten the best care possible for my pregnancy, since I've had some complications. if all depends on where you're stationed and who is in your chain of command for the most part

I hope so!!! I've racked my brain in this decision that I have to make.😞 I wish I knew what I'm getting into as far as for my kids sake...and what benefits we will have and if I have to get a job.. so forth to make it work !! I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens.

the army is who is the most family friendly. the marine corps is probably the worst lol, my husband is a marine.

although I'm not sure what you mean by "help with kids" cause there isn't much they can do, they're your kids.

As far as daycare ...persa if I have to get a job..are there those kinds of benefits available!?

Every branch says they're the worst... & it really does matter the chain of command in any branch...

Thanks everyone...its such a sensitive subject especially when I'm pregnant and this gets thrown at me!! I am overwhelmed and between my niece and my fiance telling me this that and another...well it's really putting me in a foul mood! I'm an Air Force wife and besides the deployments it's pretty awesome. The squads really look out for you when hubby is gone and there are several education & job programs for the spouses if they choose to use them. It also depends on where you are starioned.
