I'm going to take a class at the hospital I am delivering at. They offer all kinds of things. At least I won't be totally clueless then 😉 @keeping_upwith_harperkate

🖐and it doesn't help that everyone I talk to goes on about how much it hurts in the beginning!

While you're in the hospital, ask to talk to a lactation consultant even if you feel like things are going well. Have them help you and give you as many tips as they can. Everything can change as soon as you get home and it's good to know all the tips and tricks so you can give them a try. Also ask if there's a number you can call them at if you're having a hard time once you leave and don't be afraid to use it! Ask as many questions as you need, even if it seems silly and don't give up! I'm 3 and a half weeks in and we still struggle a little bit but things keep getting easier with each feeding and the bond is incredible! And if you have any questions or just want to talk, you can always message me!
