So I have been thinking a lot about what I want to do for work once my children are in school (about two years away). I was in the restaurant business before and can't see having a family and going back to that easily. I am a stay at home mom right now but once the kids are in school I gotta get out of the house. I know I'm creative and I love crafting and making things pretty but I have always had a secret fascination with cosmetology. Hair, make up, nails, the whole thing. Anyone have any advice on how to get started or pros and cons

If you do decide to go to school for it, you'll make more money doing it at home if you can. The lady that does my hair has made her garage in her home into a salon- she's done hair for like 20 years and she said she wasn't making money at a salon so she decided to do it part time at home. Now she only works at home full time just built clientele and seems happy and I'm sure she makes a lot of money doing it ☺️
