Iron pills definitely help :) I had anemia growing up to the point they wanted to do a blood transfusion but I started on iron pills and got it under control :)

I do and I took my iron everyday. I made it all the way!

I have anemia that worsened during my pregnancy but I did take iron and I went past my due date

I've had it since verdure pregnancy but now I'm feeling dizzy and faint and my husband thinks that's why I will check with my Dr today to be sure @canaryv

I had it during and after pregnancy and took iron pills everyday, it helped and I didnt go into labor early!

@mrshamilton830, yes, incredibly dizzy where I need to sit where ever I was it didnt matter if I was in the middle of a store! if I didnt sit I was gonna pass out. Mine got worse right after baby but I had a c-section and lost a lot of blood. Its not as bad now though

my dr suggested that I just take one when I feel tired so I really haven't taken any. I would recommend getting the slow release pills.

I had it with my first please. take iron pills it will help you in so many ways . I never took them like iwas suppose to and I regreted it in the end

I ended up having to get a blood tranfusion after birth

i take a prenatal with iron, plus iron pills twice a day. it makes me constipated and whatnot. but id rather deal with that than bruising constantly and bleeding very easily and a lot.

@amberino I'm going to take them daily and hopefully I feel better I feel Shakey, weak, dizzy and if I stand for more than a few minutes I feel like passing out
