my daughter will stay way from tablets, phones, laptops etc. and will be more around books and physical activities.. she will be a CHILD. I see 3 year old stuck on a phone, I be ready to snatch it and give their parent a pep talk I swear 😡 then they wonder why their kids are aggressive, nonverbal at toddler age, violent..not trying to bash those who let their kids be on technology all day ..but dangg, let the child LIVE how we did ! enjoy nature , enjoy playing with other kids more , not stuck on a damn iPad.

agreed my four year old wanted a phone when she got older I told her no not till she was 18 and she's like why mommy I told her cause u can play outside and be a kid u don't need a phone

exactly !! once my daughter starts going to school and all , around middle school , if I feel she's responsible enough to have a phone In case of emergency , she's going to get a phone to just call and text.. not no damn android /iPhone.. @mw1620

My son plays with my phone and watches TV but he watches super educational movies/ shows we limit the time he watches it then while we are playing his father and I will due his ABCs , spelling his name and his 123s . But I 100% understand where you come from because a lot of parents will stick the phone in front of their children's face in order not to deal with them .

@muvah.earthh, I told my mom and my gma that whoever got her a phone before she's allowed then I was breaking it in front of them and they just gave me a dirty look I mean I had game systems and all that growing up but I'd rather be outside then hanging out inside and watching tv

I completely agree I can't believe ppl giving little kids iPads like wtf imagination is free. I'm all for education (which is why a lot of parents excuse the use of devices) but you can teach your child yourself as opposed to allowing an app to do it . Ppl wonder why their kids are so disconnected from them but it's obvious why. Most the kids on electronics 24/7 are the ones whose parents are on their cell phones constantly wondering more about social media then spending quality time with their kids.

Yeah, both of my sisters haven given their kids tablets. Like when they were only around a year old, too. I dont plan on doing so.
