@ktwins188, Lol its not actually even on her, her head is so tiny they don't fit, it just looks like that cause she is laid down!! :)

lol I can't put headbands on my daughter for one she always takes them off and they leave a mark on her head

hey momma, just a little piece of advice I never new when my baby was little, when your baby is in a rear facing carseat like this, her harness straps should come from below her shoulders. that way if you're in a wreck she won't ramp up the seat and break her collar bone. for forward facing carseats the straps come from above her shoulders.

but your daughter is so cute! I could never get my girls to wear head bands. I always wish I could. now my oldest won't even let me wash or brush her hair :(

yes ma'am. until they are below her shoulders. even if they're like 3inches below her shoulders they're fine. as long as they're not above her shoulders.

ok their is only one more notch!! I wonder why they didn't say that at the hospital when they were checking the carseat out!!! :( O well thank ya very much, it's been 10 years since I had a baby, lots of things change!!! Again thanks for the advice!!! :) @crunchymomma

nurses aren't carseat techs, and just like you, if they had kids in the past or took a carseat safety class in the past (which they usually dont) their knowledge is outdated. they're always conducting new experiments and updating their research. what was considered safe in the past may have been proven to be unsafe so they update the "rules"
