question..... I've been getting really bad hot flashes at night and having back pain well last night I fell asleep with an ice pack on my lower back I woke up in the middle of the night on my side and the pack was on my belly. the whole left side of my belly was ice cold. is this ok? I'm kinda freaking out about it. I haven't felt lo move yet today I'm hoping he is ok
