What did you guys use as an ice pack to help with swelling? And what else did you do to help with the healing pain. I use tucks wipes the numbing spray and the squirt bottle. Anything else I can do?

They gave me these ice pack pads that are amazing I didn't need them! I wish I could send them to you I did use during pregnancy when i was swollen

@samijoy, I used the ice packs that you crack from the hospital and longer then they said since I tore so bad.

Omg my hospital made ice packs out of newborn size diapers and they were amazing! You just cut a slit out of the liner and shove some ice in there then stick it in your undies. Sounds crazy but I'm telling you those were life savers for me and I got a third degree tear.
