Stupid question but can you jog/run with any stroller or does it have to be a jogging stroller??

My husband runs with our stroller. We don't have a jogging stroller.

You probably could, but the larger wheels on the jogging stroller have suspension type springs on them and so they give a more stable ride to baby. I, personally, would only do it with a jogging stroller especially if you are an avid runner - it will probably hold up to the "abuse" better.

I think you can with any stroller but the jogging strollers just make it easier since there built for it

We have a 3 wheeled stroller but it's not a jogging stroller. Still run with it and works just fine!

I have a jogging stroller and it's so much easier. (also really good for off road adventures like festivals) but it's great because I can push it with one hand and have complete control!
