Idk what to do, but I'm 96% sure I'm having contractions, and they're painful, feels like intense period cramps, I feel so nauseous and have to throw up, idk what to do or when to go in 😩😔

4-1-1...4 minutes apart. lasting 1 minute. for over 1 hour (however if you live far from the hospital I would go with 5-1-1)

I've already went in for pre term labor and they stopped them before, they said that if it happens again they aren't going to try to stop it again @hermommy

@alexzandriar thats crazy I'm sorry:( I've been preterm 4 times and they stop it every time. I figured with you still being early they would stop it, have you gotten the shots?

You should definitely go in to L&D. Call at the very least and ask for some advice.
