That happend to me my last pregnancy started at 5 months just elevate your feet as much as possible ... I had pre eclampsia and if you can press into your skin and it stays indented then that should be a sign to call your doctor but swelling is normal in pregnancy it scared me at first but then they told me that's all it was I didn't develop preeclampsia until 39 weeks
I had the same problem and I had the pitting edema. I saw the doc the other day and he said nope completely normal. Needless to say I was pissed. I've been walking around with legs and feet that look like that since about 10 weeks. 😔 I hope yours get better

That doesn't look good. Did you see the doctor? If you are not having signs of pre e you can try cabbage leaves to help the swelling

Maybe try drinking a lot of water and elevate your feet until you can see your doctor.
