I need help Emma's insanely constipated she's on miralax once a day I give her prunes twice a day…

I'd continue with the suppository once a day. That is the only thing that helps my daughter when it gets bad. The little bit that came out is a good sign, the next time or two you do it will most likely work and be a big explosion lol

peaches help, i gave my son a dole or del Monte fruit cup of peaches and not 2hrs late peachy poop explosion lol

@cheylee, hmm have you gone to the dr? We took her and they didn't really do much but luckily she went the next day. They could always give her an enema worse comes to worse. We got the little hard balls a few times before she was able to get the rest out.

@mandapanda2000, I've tried peach baby food too!:( is there anything else the Pediatritian could give us?

@jjbaby0902, about two months ago she was constipated and gave us the prescription for miralax but she had five doses in the last five days and you'd think it would work but nothing

@cheylee, lol no not peach baby food, actually peaches with fruit juice you know fruit cups you buy at the store that gets anyone going.

doctors are gonna get your baby on more miralax or tell you to give prunes.

@mandapanda2000, is 7 months old to young for peaches? Or should I blend them up?

Dark Karo syrup! Put 2 Tbsp in 4 oz breast milk/formula and she should go within a few hours

@cheylee, lol no the oeaches in a fruit cup are already cut in small squares its finger food for a 7 momth old. if your baby feeds themselves and or can crawl then your good. what i do is drain the fruit juice all out bc the juice tends to have to much syrup then i pour the fruit pieces into a bowl and let them and feed themselves. or you can rip the Squares in half and feed them. i tried everything short of medicine before i finally tried this and it worked. my sin had that hard weird playdoh type poo he didnt strain or anything when he popped i jist knew it was off but hes fine now.

An baby fleet enema I had to have my mil who is a nurse give my son one because who was only constipated for three days and she said it was probably necessary he is 10 months old
