currently headed to the ER for the past 3 days if I stand for more than a few minutes I get really light headed and dizzy and hot and feel like passing out and it's really scary, almost just passed out in target I don't know what's causing this, I'm almost 20 weeks has anyone gone thru this?

I have the same issue but it's not my blood sugar. . it's my blood pressure and I have to go in for more testing on Wednesday. .

It was low at my Dr's office but I had an ekg before that and all they said was I'm borderline and I need more testing. @mrshamilton830
