Try warm compress. Drink some hot tea maybe if you have some. or even a hot (not tooooo hot) shower. Warmth and massage will usually move gas out

Take a tylenol too if you need.

I just try pressing the spot it help a little but not much try a Tylenol @lexirosex3

Could be a gas trap, or it could be heartburn. Heartburn doesn't have to be in the chest. Acid is a pain

I had that too.. I was told it was the baby moving and gas on top of it. The baby moving wasn't making it better.. I literally pushed down on it. Not hard but just enough to kind of take it away and took a warm bath when it bothered. It doesn't do it anymore thank god but I know it hurts
