The very last appointment I went to I lost weight I was 107lb & then 104lbs. Nutritionist said I have 2 weeks to gain weight since am under weight but it was normal cus it's the start of my pregnancy but I still feel the same & I do see mysef skinny as hell. How am I supposed to gain weight? I eat & all but sometimes I just don't get hungry. Does anybody else feel like when they take there iron pills instead of feeling nothing they feel drowsy and get a headache? Cus I do and idk if they're to strong but I be feeling like my heart beats to quick after I take the iron pills 😣

Try nutrition drinks like ensure. Make smoothies and add protein powder. As for the iron, Im sorry i don't have much experience with that. Good luck mama.

I would drink ensures while I eat food & it helped me go from 99 to 103 because I dropped in the beginning of my pregnancy before I started drinking the ensures

You can get it in the regular grocery store mama. Usually in the health aisle where the vitamins are. Ensure, boost, and nutrament are great. I also love carnation breakfast essentials. That's in the cereal aisle

You can get ensures anywhere your local grocery store they have them in packs at like target, bjs, if you can't find them I would just recommend ordering them offline they have different flavored like strawberry, vanilla, chocolate you put them in the fridge they taste amazing @wandal24

You can also get ensure at cvs. Protein powder can be ordered online or gotten at gnc or the vitamin shoppe
