With my first two daughters I didn't have any morning sickness and this time around I had horrible sickness and still is a girl!!! Every pregnancy is different.

If you have a positive test you should set up your appointment right away. And every pregnancy is different. Symptoms aren't a tell tale sign of the gender. Lol
