I just deactivated my Facebook account for a while and man it felt good. There is family on that account that I think I'm gonna block when I decide to get back on. Like, my entire family is getting blocked. Except my mom, dad and grandma and my husband's mom and sister of course. And yes, this means they won't see anything regarding my son or his birth.

My husband was surprised I deactivated it because I'm always online. I think he senses the stress these people cause. Just because you're blood doesn't mean you really are family. I'm ready to move forward and let my own family (my husband, myself and the children we have) grow and be successful without these people's judgment. I've done pretty damn good so far.
