How hard is it to have two newborns? My best friends boyfriends 14 year old is pregnant and her babies due a week after mine. She's still going to have to go to public school, she's not to be trusted to really do online school because they tried that with her and she slept all day and didn't do it. So anyways I've been considering just watching the baby for her while she's in school but I'm on the fence, I've watched a bunch of kids at a time but not two newborns at the same time

Schools don't have to provide anything @6215teenmom my high school had a program where the teacher comes to the students house, but it's usually for kids who have medical conditions and can't attend school.

I've never heard of any schools doing that, unless there's a medical reason.@6215teenmom it'd probably be best to have family watch the baby while she goes to school

I worked at a daycare and although a newborn isn't the same as a 6 week old, I have dealt with teeny tinys that were fairly new. It can be a struggle but honestly it's not that bad. Moms who have twins do it all the time and somehow survive :) if your heart is in the right place I think you'd do just fine 💛 but I applaud you for even considering it :) not many people would

@vb95, well I'm pregnant and my school gives 3 weeks of at home tutoring after I give birth & are building an on site day care for teen moms. so that's why I suggested it. sorry.

some high schools offer child care, not many but some do. my school had the teacher coming to my house for the 6 week maternity leave, it all depends on the school, I went thru it when I had my child at age 14. good luck and bless your heart for offering the help.

Yes, I watch her little boy right now and she's asked me to watch this one but she doesn't want to give me too much to handle
