We have a crib, a bassinet, and a handful of onesies...... im 17 weeks and I feel like we have nothing. Although my mother in law is buying the stroller and car seats and a dresser and my mom Is buying the bulk of cloth diapers and we've been waiting on genders to really drop any money on clothing I feel like were slacking! Then again I have the feeling the once we know genders were gonna stock up FAST on everything we need! Im such an organized person who is always prepared so this is killing me!! lol

I'm the same exact way. I had to to just relax because I was trying to get everything for the baby before I even found out what I was having! After realizing I couldn't possibly do it lol, I got most the stuff I needed like, breastpads, bottles, formula, binkys, all size diapers, and anything neutral. it really really REALLY saves money to wait to get stuff until after the baby shower! its hard to wait that long but it's so worth it.

thats what I keep getting told too about the baby shower! @mammaa but my mom wont tell me when shes throwing it lol and I have such a hard time being patient! If it were possible id probably havde the nursery DONE by now and just waiting to deliver lol neutral stuff is SO hard to find too! We're having twins so im so hoping we have both boy and girl so I can just go nuts lol

Omg I didn't know you had twins on your hands! that's a whole nother situation! but what a blessing, congrats! I'd just start with basics, burp clothes, socks, etc!

I know the feeling! I have clothes, a crib and dresser/changing table. But that's it and I am 27 weeks. My husband wants to wait until after our baby shower in June before we buy everything else. It makes sense, our family and friends will get us things we need but I am SO impatient I want everything done now lol

@mammaa, I hadnt thought much about those little things so thanks! I do have a couple bottles, a pump, breastfeeding cover, and a sling also so maybe I have more than what it seems like! and thank you! I was terrified the first few weeks but now I can't wait to have them both here!
@klarrissab id be going crazy! lol my husband is just as impatient as me and wants to get stuff! If I knew when the baby shower was going to be maybe id feel more patient.... then again probably not lol!

you're doing fine! I see moms on here 35 weeks with everything in boxes still and it shocks me! once you find out what you're having it'll be hard to not buy everything so I suggest saving up and waiting until after the shower to go on a huge shopping spree (:

@princessalaynasmommy, I know! Im like "how are you not already taking everything out and putting it all together?!" But I understand some woman would rather wait it out. I cant wait to know! we find out in 24 days!
