it depends. like tuna you are only supposed to have about 6 oz per week

some fish are just highly recommended against eating like king mackrel, swordfish, etc

Probably not, depending on what you are eating. Like @arivera64 said, there is are lists very easy to find on the internet regarding safe foods for pregnancy.

Well im not sure what kind of fish it was im sure just some normal fish I don't eat shark or anything like that @arivera64 @kenitra
