yes! & the thousand bathroom trips I have to make all through the night. Also experienced it during sex.. seriously felt like my whole hip broke lol I was instantly in pain & was crying from it. I couldn't move, had to lay there for what seemed to be forever.

Never heard of this either but I get the same pain also. sometimes feels like a rod is right through my hips stopping me from walking or sitting.
