I have taste for deli meat i will heat it up anyone have deli meat while pregnant and baby is ok?

I ate deli meat and my son is fine. the main thing with deli meats I'd how long they sit. like. you can eat subway and places that have high turnout rates. but if it's been in your fridge for a few weeks I wouldn't eat it

I ate Jimmy John's thru both pregnancies, and they don't offer toasted sandwiches and my kids are perfectly fine.... however if you want to warm it then I say go for it, it's all about you, your feelings and what your doctor has told you

i ate deli meat cold lol my doctor said the risk is soo low. you have to make sure the place is clean and a place you trust.

I am 38 weeks and deli sandwiches are my favorite even before I was pregnant and I have had a great pregnancy and everything is good with the baby and I have never heated them up

They say that you should heat the meat up and you should be fine cause I guess the bacteria on it, but tbh, I ate it cold in the beginning of my pregnancy cause sandwiches are like my favorite lol

Yes I have it frequently and my baby is fine I just warm it until steaming
