Don't use Vicks on her, she's still too little. My son is the same exact way, his doctor said it's completely normal for newborns. I just suck the snot out if any and use a cool most humidifier just to play it safe! Saline drops are okay too if you feel it's necessary!

Try putting some vicks on her chest n her back .. It'll open her nose up so she won't be so congested
