Just called the nurses hotline for the hospital near me. Said my daughter might have stomach…

Formula? Maybe a milk allergy? Reflux gas. What mom eats affects baby if you are bf.

I formula feed. She's been eating the same type of formula since she was 3 days old (she'll be a month tomorrow). About 4 nights ago she started spitting up more than half of what she eats and crys all day and night. The nurse and doctor in the ER said she might have acid reflux or her stomach may not like the formula anymore. The nurse said there's medicine for it but the ER doctor said she wouldn't check my daughter out. So I have to wait until tomorrow morning to call her doctor.

Uhh aoumds like reflux. Smaller feedings. Burp burp and burp. Keep her from laying down after feeding for atleast half an hr. I basically held my baby all day every day for 2 months!

Dont let them tell you its colic. Clearly something is hurting her. Do some research on it.

Its so hard mama but I promise it will end. Maybe she did develop an allergy to milk protein.

The meds saved us! We put him on zantac and it really helped !! We are weaning him off slowly but he is doing sooooo much better!

The ER nurse and ER doctor faxed my daughters doctor saying she needs to be seen Monday. Can't wait to figure out what's the problem. @foreveryoung247
