My neighbors are the same way! I'm guessing the little girl is 3 or 4.. & we won't hear much during the day.. then once 10-11pm hits.. she's running around screaming, crying, throwing shit & banging on their apartment door until about 6-7am. Can even hear the shit in the back of our apartment in our bedroom! I've been woken up from her. it's beyond ridiculous that these people let their young child sleep all day & be up all night.
