Yep. As long as you aren't bleeding. I never spotted during my pregnancy, but I heard its normal to spot a little in the beginning

@clauh22, yes it's normal at that stage

It doesn't hurt. It just feels uncomfortable at times unless I do it to fast then it hurts for a second. @tm21308
