Question...
has anyone ever strained theirself in pregnancy? like moving something? if so what happened?
I had to move my washing machine this evening because we have some tornado warnings and it got real bad in the area and I haven't felt my baby boy move since except one kick. should I be worried? I cannot drive myself to the hospital considering it's an hour away and the weather is bad... idk what to do...

Мама двоих (младенец)
I moved a heavy ass couch and chair when I was pregnant to rearrange my living room, had to move it more then once and my baby is 6 months now 😆 as long as you feel movement all should be good, remember that babies have lazy times to!

В ожидании первенца
I would relax and take it easy for a bit. drink some water and see if that helps. My baby had a lazy day yesterday and it scared the crap out of me, thought about going to the hospital and everything, but it's all good now!

my doctor tells me if I dint feel the baby move for a while drink a sode or eat something sugary. wait little bit and let the sugar kick in. should feel 4 movements or kicks in one hour with giving the baby sugar.
