I am so sorry ladies but this is the only place I can vent without feeling judged or extra. I am work at a restaurant as a waitress and my manager just got demoted due to her attitude. I am probably the one that is going to take her place but that doesn't give her the right to be a bitch towards me. Walking around cussing and mumbling under her breath. I feel bad cause she's talking bad about me to other coworkers and some of my customers and it feels like they are looking at me differently. I don't have time for that

Well you need to let whoever is above the manager know what's happening and get it sorted out. it's her own fault she got demoted.

Yea and plus her attitude was already a problem and it just seems like it's gonna continue to be a problem. she's only gonna hurt the company.

@madibug96, today was even worse. I think I am going to have to go to the boss about this. Today she went as far as to post a status on Facebook talking about she been doing this and is there to stay. I for one have never tried to take her job
