There is no true medical benefit I work with 8 different pediatricians and all have said there is no medical benefit either way. so just do whatever is more comfortable for you.

i did with my son cause i think it will be better for him.. its just extra foreskin. my nephew (only 3 months younger then my son) , hes not circumcised and his privates get red and irritated because he isnt circumcised. but its entirely up to you momma :) do what you think is best for your son

I wouldn't get my son. for many many reasons. 1, it's there for a reason, if it wasn't supposed to be or they didn't need it it wouldn't be there. it's for protection, think about it, without it , the tip of the penis would just rub against everything in their boxers and that's the most sensitive part. 2, if you teach your son at an early age how to clean PROPERLY there won't be any problems or infections or anything. that's just an excuse. if you son knows how to clean really well & pulls the skin back, then no problems. 3, what if when he's older he wants it? what if he gets mad because it's his body, it's a decision he could make in the future if he didn't want it. 4, during sex it adds more friction making it better for him. my husband isn't & I've talked to him about it asking what if we have a son & he said he'd never get it done for him, he said he can't imagine without it cause it's natural. it's normal. he says it's not hard to clean & I see him clean it , how hard is it to just pull the skin back and wash like the rest of your body? and people say oh it looks gross and weird & me personally I think it would look weird without the skin, it's not like it dangles way past the tip, it barely covers it. I wouldn't but that's just my opinion and people have different reasons for it but think about it :)

My cousin had to get circumcised at 16 because he wasn't cleaning properly & it's very dangerous when there a lot older. You can teach them how to clean it all you want but that doesn't mean there gonna listen. I'm getting my son circumsized.
