it's okay not many showed up to my shower either..

My mother in law invited all her work friends/ extended family. I had my mom step dad and siblings come and then a couple from work. The rest of the ppl she invited. As I was opening gifts I had to have her point people out Bc I really didn't know them. It was embarrassing

Mostly everyone waited until a few hours before to tell me they wasn't coming but it's okay. I still had fun. @rennysmommy @mgould0304

I hate when people do that! My "best friend" said she was coming but she didn't even show up. But I'm not worried about it. Their gonna hate it when the baby comes and I tell them that they can't see her since they can't come around before she's born. @rennysmommy

@britt16, mine too! And my second never even seen my son until he was older and hasn't seen him since. Her and I are no longer friends but my best friend apologized and were still friends we never hang out though.

I had a very small amount of people show too. I hope you till had fun. Just like you though the person that I usually consider my "best friend" didn't show. I had talked to her at midnight the night before and she said she was coming early. An hour into the shower I texted her to see where she was and she said she blew a tire and couldn't make it. Such a lame excuse.

And I know for a fact that once my baby is born in a couple weeks my friend will be wanting to come see him and things like that. But my whole pregnancy she has blown me off every time we've made plans. It's pretty hurtful
