okay I'll just post it here since my inbox is now being flooded! lol I'm not too sure about other states besides from Michigan. the number is (888) 510 5100 ext "203" for Nina.. I'd just call & see if they accept whatever insurance you have & if they ship to you. I hope this helps! it's legit too everything for me is set up they received the prescription from my ob already & should be getting mine on Monday via UPS.

I have Meridian, & I searched for days for a breast pump that my insurance would cover.. it took SO long to find this company I know it's a pain in the ass to get free things like this. so I'm just trying to help! hopefully this helps everyone.

I have Medicaid and all I did was call my ob and they sent the script and the company called me and asked what kind I wanted. I got to pick any breast pump and they sent it in 2 days !
