Never in my life have I wanted to punch someone in the face soo badly until now stupid neighbors 2 dogs have been barking since 6am right outside my fricking window and have they attempted to shut them up?? no!! have I had any sleep? NO! I'm soo irritated right now.

They consider that animal abuse. (the neighbors leaving them out all day) at least where I live they aren't supposed to be outside for more then the time needed to go to the bathroom and get fresh air (I think its an hour)
