do this come with pregnancy? I had this with my 1st born not much wit my 2nd born..

this has been me lately, stuffy and running nose along with a super sore throat in the morning and before bed.

dang that sucks..my nose is stuffy/runny..and the back of my throat is sore😔

My whole pregnancy so far 😭 sadly nothing helps.
